集團在牡召開2019年中期工作會議
7月(yue)26日,集團(tuan)2019年中(zhong)期工作(zuo)會議(yi)(yi)在牡丹江(jiang)鏡泊湖(hu)培(pei)訓中(zhong)心召開,全面(mian)總結上半年生產經營工作(zuo),深入分析面(mian)臨(lin)的形勢(shi),重點部(bu)署下半年工作(zuo)任務。集團(tuan)黨(dang)委(wei)書記(ji)、總裁樸庸健出席會議(yi)(yi)并講(jiang)話;集團(tuan)黨(dang)政領導(dao)班子及各單(dan)位、各部(bu)門負責人參(can)加會議(yi)(yi);集團(tuan)副(fu)總裁劉松主持會議(yi)(yi)。
會議聽取了(le)總(zong)裁辦關于管(guan)(guan)(guan)理及(ji)黨建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)的匯(hui)報(bao)(bao);生產管(guan)(guan)(guan)理部匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)生產運行(xing)以及(ji)收(shou)費、清欠、調價(jia)、補(bu)償目標完(wan)成(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang);設備動(dong)力部匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)設備管(guan)(guan)(guan)理情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang);投(tou)資(zi)部匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)投(tou)資(zi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)目標完(wan)成(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang);前期工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)小(xiao)組匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)各相(xiang)關手(shou)續辦理情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang);工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理部匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)在建項(xiang)目進展情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang);技術研發中心匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)項(xiang)目前期、技術服(fu)務和技術研發工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)目標完(wan)成(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang);財(cai)務部匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)財(cai)務管(guan)(guan)(guan)理及(ji)資(zi)金使用情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)。其他部門以書(shu)面(mian)形(xing)式匯(hui)報(bao)(bao)了(le)上半年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。集(ji)團班子成(cheng)員(yuan)分(fen)別就分(fen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行(xing)了(le)總(zong)結(jie)分(fen)析,并對下(xia)步工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進行(xing)要求和部署。
集(ji)團黨(dang)(dang)委書記、總裁樸(pu)庸健在會上作(zuo)(zuo)了講話。講話對集(ji)團上半年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)成績給予肯定(ding)(ding),對下半年(nian)(nian)的(de)中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)(jin)行了十大(da)部署。他(ta)指出,下半年(nian)(nian)要(yao)緊緊圍繞(rao)集(ji)團發(fa)展(zhan)戰略(lve),全力推(tui)動(dong)幾(ji)方面工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo):一是舉全集(ji)團之(zhi)力,奮斗1000天,努力完(wan)成創(chuang)建(jian)上實(shi)集(ji)團先鋒黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)織、黑龍江省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)先進(jin)(jin)基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)織、進(jin)(jin)而爭創(chuang)國家級(ji)(ji)先進(jin)(jin)基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)織的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目標(biao);二是全面梳(shu)理、調整并重新(xin)(xin)制定(ding)(ding)下半年(nian)(nian)經營計劃(hua),確(que)保實(shi)現全年(nian)(nian)利潤目標(biao);三是要(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)下半年(nian)(nian)的(de)安全工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);四是規(gui)范BOT項目投資建(jian)設(she)(she)管理模式;五是重拳(quan)強力推(tui)進(jin)(jin)清欠工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);六是推(tui)動(dong)調價補償工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)取(qu)得新(xin)(xin)突破(po);七(qi)是要(yao)做好(hao)“雙慶”大(da)會各項籌備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo);八是推(tui)動(dong)大(da)數據信息建(jian)設(she)(she)提(ti)檔升(sheng)級(ji)(ji);九是結合審計要(yao)求,梳(shu)理規(gui)章制度(du),提(ti)高管理水平(ping);十是適(shi)時(shi)調整投資戰略(lve)。
會議(yi)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),集團各(ge)單位、各(ge)部門(men)要(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)會議(yi)精神落實(shi),站在戰(zhan)略高度,圍繞中心任務(wu),進(jin)一(yi)步總(zong)結梳理上半(ban)年工(gong)作,精心謀劃(hua)下半(ban)年各(ge)項任務(wu),采取(qu)有效工(gong)作措(cuo)施(shi),切實(shi)推進(jin)投資建設(she)、生產運營、技(ji)術研發、綜合管理及黨建等各(ge)項工(gong)作,為完成全年工(gong)作目(mu)標打下堅實(shi)基礎。
